Sending Your Shipment

To arrange for pick-up of your shipment, place a pick-up request to our Customer Service Center. You can also drop off your shipment at a Acilex Regional Office.

In either situation, please have the following information available concerning the shipment that you are ready to send:

To send your shipments by Acilex Worldwide Service:
Call your regional Acilex office.
A Customer Service Agent will answer your call immediately.
Confirm and record your pick-up request.
You will be asked to provide information concerning the
shipment’s contents, weight and dimensions, and be advised
about suitable packaging, insurance, prices, transit time and
Acilex covered areas. All shipments must be acceptable for
carriage within Acilex system.
A courier will be dispatched immediately following your
pick-up order.
When collecting your shipment, our courier will confirm
contents and assist filling in the waybill. Regular account
Customers are provided with pre-printed waybills containing
shipper and/or recipient address.
For security reasons, we ask that packages remain open
until our courier arrives. Couriers will confirm contents, security
seal, and register your packages to ensure their maximum
security.
Acilex will automatically send proof of delivery to you the day
your shipment is delivered, by e-mail or by fax.

1. Company name, complete address, and contact person of
both the sender and recipient.
2. Contact telephone and mobile phone numbers.
Shipment information:
1. Contents of the shipment.
2. Shipment weight and dimensions.
3. Invoices or value verification of shipment if special insurance
is required.
4. Address of company where pick-up is to be made.
5. Time when the shipment will be ready for pick up.
