Proof of Delivery - POD
Acilex sends automatically, free of charge proof of delivery information to you on the day of delivery. POD information contains time and name of the person your shipment was delivered to. Customers can obtain proof of delivery information the following ways: e-mail or fax.

Packaging
Acilex provides free packaging supplies for shipments weighing 0.5-5 kg: cardboard envelopes and flyers. Couriers will control
and seal your shipment with a security check label, ensuring
maximum security and confidentiality.

Insurance 
Upon your request, Acilex offers special insurance for your shipments. The insured value consists of the declared value of the shipment plus Acilex shipping charges.
